Team RESET Training
Comprised of dynamic, sequential sessions (typically 6) that cover a variety of topics such as physiology, motivation, mindfulness, core values, self-talk, and self-criticism. Course includes individual workbooks.

Custom Team Workshops
Tailored to meet the goals and needs of your team. Through interactive and experiential presentations, I teach teams evidence-based mindfulness practices and how to apply them to their sport.

Individual Mental Performance Coaching
In-person or virtual, ranging from 30-60 minutes. Our first session will focus on identifying strengths and areas for improvement regarding your mindset/mental skills. We’ll work together to set measurable and attainable goals. Our following sessions will focus on building the mental skills necessary to meet your personalized goals. Throughout this process we will revisit your goals, evaluate progress and make adjustments to your mental “game plan”.
Small Group Coaching
Save by joining a few of your teammates or friends who are looking for similar mental performance outcomes! Groups of 3-4.
