✨ What Does It Mean to Be a Leader in Your Sport? What does leadership actually look like on the field, in practice, or on the sidelines? Leadership can take many different forms, and it doesn’t always mean being the most skilled player or the loudest voice on the team. Led by former college athletes Coach Karson (breaKaway) and Coach Biz (Cultivating Confidence), this unique workshop helps athletes explore what leadership really looks like in sports and everyday life. Whether your athlete already holds leadership roles, is curious about stepping into one, or has never seen herself as a leader before, she’ll learn that anyone can be a leader with the right mindset, communication skills, and tools. Through fun discussion, interactive activities, and movement-based challenges, athletes will practice: - Speaking up with confidence - Supporting and encouraging teammates - Leading through effort, attitude, and communication - Showing leadership during mistakes or tough moments This workshop helps athletes recognize their own strengths and understand that leadership isn’t about being perfect, it’s about showing up, connecting with others, and using your voice in positive ways.
