Team RESET Training

Comprised of dynamic, sequential sessions (typically 6) that cover a variety of topics such as physiology, motivation, mindfulness, core values, self-talk, and self-criticism. Course includes individual workbooks.

Custom Team Workshops

Tailored to meet the goals and needs of your team. Through interactive and experiential presentations, I teach teams evidence-based mindfulness practices and how to apply them to their sport.

*Athletes who attend a team workshop and wish to develop their individual mental performance skills further may consider scheduling additional 1:1 or small group sessions at a discount.

Individual Mental & Performance Coaching

In-person or virtual, ranging from 30-60 minutes. Our first session will focus on identifying strengths and areas for improvement regarding your mindset/mental skills. We’ll work together to set measurable and attainable goals. Our following sessions will focus on building the mental skills necessary to meet your personalized goals. Throughout this process we will revisit your goals, evaluate progress and make adjustments to your mental “game plan”.
