Biz Logan
Mindset & Confidence Coach for Young Athletes
I help athletes and families develop the mental skills needed to handle pressure and bounce back from mistakes, grounded in my experience as a former college athlete, educator, and parent navigating youth sports myself.
"Biz has a warm personality and immediately connected with my son and made him feel safe and heard. She provides great tools that help him maintain a positive mindset during games."
Lauren C
Mother of Athlete
"It has only been a few weeks but I am already noticing a difference in my daughter. I don't walk on eggshells after games. She has a new found confidence even if she doesn't play a perfect game. She has really taken the pressure off herself and it is amazing to see. I really wish we did this sooner. You are teaching life lessons for both on and off the field!"
Erica
Mother of Athlete
“Coach Biz has been incredibly supportive to our growing athlete. Her one-on-one approach creates a space where our daughter feels comfortable opening up, and we’ve seen real growth in how she handles pressure and believes in herself. Her insight and encouragement are making a difference.”
Jenn
Mother of Athlete
“One thing Coach Biz taught me is to focus on what I can control. I can’t control the refs, crowd, or other team, but I can control my effort and attitude."
Zoe
High School Athlete

How It Works

1. Schedule Your Free Session
A simple conversation to understand what your athlete is experiencing and what feels hardest right now. Most athletes join with a parent.

2. Get a Clear Plan
Your athlete will develop a plan and begin to build the skills to start letting go of mistakes faster

3. Compete with Confidence
Athletes begin to apply their new skills in competition and start competing with confidence, even when pressure is high.
Help Your Athlete Bounce Back from Mistakes and Play with Confidence
You want your athlete to play with confidence, even on the days when things aren’t going their way. But one mistake can quickly turn into a spiral, missed plays, negative self-talk, and a visible drop in confidence. As a parent, it’s tough to watch from the sidelines, knowing you want to help but not always sure what actually makes a difference. Sports are meant to build confidence, resilience, and joy, yet for many families, they start to feel stressful and heavy.
That’s where I come in. As a former college athlete, longtime educator, and parent of young athletes, I understand both sides of this experience. I help athletes and families learn simple, practical mental skills so they can handle pressure, respond to mistakes, and stay present in the moment.
When athletes learn how to reset, shift their self-talk, and focus on what they can control, everything begins to change. They play with more freedom, bounce back faster, and start to enjoy the game again. And as a parent, you feel more confident in how to support them through it all.
